Imperial Stout

Characteristics: 7.6% ABV | 50 IBU | 77 SRM

Base Recipe: Imperial Stout

Grains:

• 72 oz. American Two-Row Pale
• 6 oz. Crystal 120L
• 10 oz. Roasted Barley
• 4 oz. Chocolate Malt

Hops:

• .9 oz. Summit as bittering
• .3 oz. Cascade as flavor
• .3 oz. Citra as aroma

Dry Hops:

• .4 oz. Amarillo
