Justice for Zuvio Saison

Characteristics: 6.5% ABV | 25 IBU | 6 SRM

Base Recipe: Saison

Grains:

• 36 oz. Pilsner
• 8 oz. Wheat Malt
• 20 oz. Vienna Malt

Hops:

• .4 oz. Summit as bittering
• .2 oz. Saaz as flavor
• .1 oz. Amarillo as flavor
• .3 oz. Saaz as aroma
