You Know it When You See It Holiday Special Saison
Characteristics: 8.1% ABV | 25 IBU | 29 SRM
Base Recipe: Saison
Grains:
- 28 oz. Pilsner
- 8 oz. Wheat Malt
- 24 oz. Vienna Malt
- 3 oz. Crystal 120
- 20 oz. Two-Row Pale
- 3 oz. Chocolate Malt
Hops:
- .2 oz. Summit as bittering
- .2 oz. Amarillo as bittering
- .1 oz. Saaz as flavor
- .2 oz. Cascade as flavor
- .2 oz. Saaz as aroma
Dry Hops:
- .3 oz Simcoe
Dry Hops Additions*
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Clove
- Ginger
*Throw the additions into a mesh dry hopper. Toss the dry hopper in with the dry hops three days after fermentation begins.
